Tell a Story with Your Photos and Videos

Story tells a story with your own pictures, cut to your song. It reads the song's sections and bars, so each picture gets a scene that starts on a downbeat, calm sections hold longer and the drop cuts faster. Until you add your own, it plays our demo pictures (AI-generated, made for this site), so you can see each template first.

Pick a template

• Chapters: a title card, a chapter card as each section begins, slow push-ins in the verses and a cut on every bar in the drop, ending on your end card.
• Memory Reel: your pictures on a film strip that moves on a frame each scene, with a new film stock each section.
• Darkroom: each picture develops in a tray under a red safelight and is hung on the line, ending on a contact sheet of them all.
• Waveform Journey: your song's energy becomes a glowing road and each picture rises from it as you pass.
• Mosaic Pulse: a grid that grows from one panel to nine as the song builds, collapsing to one picture on the drop.
• Social Story: the phone story, with progress bars, a header with your title and captions as stickers. Made for 9:16.

Add your pictures

1. Open the template in the Classic editor and load your song.
2. In the Story media section, press Add photos or videos, or drop them in. A story holds up to 24, in the order shown; use the arrows to change it.
3. Give a picture a Caption if you like; templates that show captions place it for you, and the Captions control turns them off.
4. Click on a picture's thumbnail where the subject is. Crops and push-ins keep that spot in frame in every shape.
5. For a video, set From and to to play only part of it.
