Build a Playlist Visualizer Video

The Playlist builder turns an ordered set of songs into a Classic Timeline project: one section per song, with a visualizer look and a transition between sections. Your audio stays in this browser; the page does not upload it.

1. Add and arrange your songs

1. Open Playlist, then add audio files from your device or choose a track from Free music.
2. Preview a song, move it up or down, or remove it. The Songs readout shows the combined runtime of the tracks you have added.
3. Check that you have permission to use every track in the finished video.

2. Choose the visual style

• Choose a package to assign its looks in order, cycling when the set has more songs than looks. Packages include club, ambient, cinematic, geometric, lyric-story, nature, sports and celebration styles.
• For full control, choose a visualizer for each song. Surprise picks a different catalogue look for that song.
• Turn on One visualizer for every song to keep one look throughout, then choose that look once.
• Name and save your own package from the looks currently assigned to your songs. Saved packages stay in this browser; you can apply them to another set here.

3. Set transitions and frame shape

Choose how one song moves into the next and set the frame shape: landscape 16:9, vertical 9:16 or square 1:1. The preview follows the selected song and look; listen through several tracks to check the pacing.

4. Open and finish the Timeline

1. Choose Open in Timeline to export. Classic opens the same playlist as a project, with one Timeline section per song.
2. In Classic, fine-tune each section, add titles, captions, effects or layers, and review the transitions. The project can also be reopened in Studio for its supported project controls.
3. Use Classic's Export panel for resolution, frame rate and file format. Review the export estimate and messages before starting; cancel is available during a supported export.
