Add Layers to a Music Visualizer: Snow, Fireworks, Lights and More

Layers are the parts inside one visualizer. There are two kinds: the look's own layers, which are what it already draws (Christmas's falling snow, its tree, its lights), and layers you add from the library.

Change the look's own layers

1. In Classic, open Settings and find Visualizer Layers. In Studio, select the visualizer layer and look in the Inspector.
2. Under The look's layers, press a layer's eye to hide it. Drag its slider to turn it up or down: for snow and lights that means more or fewer of them.
3. Pick a colour to recolour a layer. Reset to the look puts every layer back as designed.

Add layers from the library

• Press Add a layer and pick a preset: Snow, Blizzard, Autumn leaves, Petals, Confetti, Fireflies, Embers, Stardust, Bokeh, Sparkles, Night fireworks, Sky lanterns, String lights, Candle row, Kick rings, Spotlight, Night fog, Film grain and more.
• Each layer shows four settings on its row; More settings has the rest, including Where: behind the visual, in front, around it (snow falls behind and in front, as Christmas's does) or as light that glows.
• A visualizer holds up to six added layers. Use the eye to hide one, the arrows to reorder, and the bin to remove it.
